Wage management based on the job evaluation method is the presentation of the value of jobs in relation to each other in terms of certain predetermined factors in the form of figures as a basis for wage determination. With the job evaluation method, the employee becomes attached to his/her job, carries out his/her work with pleasure, gains the awareness that the wage he/she receives is a wage for his/her work, and learns the fact that earning more depends on doing heavier work.
