PROGRAM STRUCTURE
This training program is for managers and manager candidates who think that they have not received enough education in the field of psychology before or who want to update their knowledge in this field in today's business life where the effectiveness of psychology is increasing. During the training, psychology topics that managers can benefit and apply in their daily work routines will be covered in detail. The program consists of 4 days and 20 hours in total. It is an online training. Basic psychology topics will be explained in a theoretical and practical content and applications will be demonstrated. Additional reading, viewing and listening materials will be provided during the training and short and reminder slides will be sent to the participants after the training. There is a 70% attendance requirement to receive a certificate. The quota of the program is 20.

- History of the field of psychology and its relationship with management approaches,
- The field of organizational psychology and managerial psychology,
- History of general approaches to individual differences
- Today's world of psychology and the state of current studies
Day 2 Content:
- Our brain and how it works
- Sensation and perception processes
- Learning processes and theories about learning
- Our emotional and cognitive processes
- Intelligence and cognitive functions
- Stages of development and related psychological processes
Day 3 Content:
- Motivation and motivation theories
- Personality and personality theories
- Sample personality and cognitive functioning tests
- Leadership Theories
Day 4 Content:
- Measurements related to leadership and motivation
- Modern issues and theoretical foundations in management psychology - (Emotional Intelligence, Agility, Psychological Resilience, Mobbing, Flow, Persuasion processes, Decision errors control will be covered)
